The heart of Catholic Worship is the celebration of Eucharist (the Mass). Other sacraments are celebrated at St Peter’s Waiheke along with Funeral, Memorial and Ecumenical Services.
St Peter’s is available for the celebration of The Sacrament of Marriage. Either the bride or the groom must be a baptised Catholic. Weddings are conducted by a Catholic Priest. You are welcome to invite a Catholic priest you know to be your celebrant or you could contact the Parish Liason Christine Sloan to put you in touch with a priest celebrant. Couples are expected to take part in the Marriage Preparation Programme, details below.
